After 11 hours of intense competition against 24 teams, this past Saturday a combined team of North and South students, the Rebelling Ranger, did it again!

The Robotics team earned another bid to the State Competition, finishing 5–1 in regular match play and securing 1st Runner-Up in the final match play.  They also received the prestigious “Think Award” from Kent State University and placed 3rd overall out of 24 teams.

An incredible showing of teamwork, strategy, and perseverance—well done!

In November the Eastlake North music students traveled to Florida. The choir and band students worked with Disney cast Members (off stage) for a professional recording. On November 5th The Eastlake North Marching Rangers had the honor of performing and marching around the EPCOT World Showcase at Walt Disney World.  They all did such an amazing job, we are so very proud of our Marching Rangers!

A group of students are working together on a project at a table in a classroom setting.

Students in Spanish 1 and 2 recently enjoyed a special visit from the Cleveland Museum of Art’s “Art to Go” program—right in their own classroom! During this hands-on workshop, students had the chance to observe, touch, and discuss real artworks from cultures all around the world.
It was a wonderful opportunity for students to see how art connects us all. They practiced critical thinking, communication, and observation skills while discovering new perspectives and appreciating the beauty of global connections.
This program beautifully supports Ohio’s World Language Standards, encouraging students to explore cultural practices and understand diverse viewpoints.
Thanks to a grant written by Mrs. Romero, these artworks were brought directly into the classroom, making the experience even more meaningful for everyone involved.
One student shared:
“It was so cool to see and even touch real art from other countries. It really made me realize how we’re all part of the same world.”

Athletic Director Dennis Reilly and Head Girls’ Basketball Coach Staci Greene took eight student athletes from North High School to the CVC Student Leadership Conference at Beachwood High School. Students collaborated with other students from schools across the CVC. Ted Weis, the facilitator of the event, engaged students in interactive team-focused activities. Students were challenged and learned skills that they can take back to their sports teams at North High School. This leadership conference not only prepared students to lead their sports teams, but they also learned skills that they can carry out in their everyday lives.
